Today, the parents of Rachel Corrie filed a lawsuit against Caterpillar, Inc., charging the company with war crimes and wrongful death in a lawsuit. The suit comes a month before a global day of protest against Caterpillar human rights abuses, scheduled to take place in 30-40 cities on April 13, 2005.
