Richard Boucher is concerned and John Bolton is outraged that Russia completed its 2001 arms agreement to ship 10 MiG-29SE fighter planes and two MiG-29UB training planes to Sudan.
What I find outrageous is the cheerleading for a 30-day deadline impossible to implement, that little thought has been given to problems a military intervention would create, and the absence of plausible arguments showing how guns, not butter, would bring relief to the region.
