In the meantime, if you came here looking for something new to read I recommend Matthew Rothschild’s latest Protestor=Criminal?, if you haven’t discovered it yet.
It’s a chilling report that goes into some detail about several recent incidents of police brutality and overreaching of authority, including the FTAA/Miami outrage. As I read it I could no longer deny something has systemically changed in this country and thought to myself, it’s moved beyond the dress rehearsal stage, even before Rothschild ends his article by quoting someone who expressed the same feeling.
