Rush Limbaugh has a laugh at Howard Dean’s expense

In this transcript of Rush Limbaugh’s radio show that aired 22 April 2008, “OpChaos Directive: Reregister with the GOP After Your Primary“, he cautions Republicans who cross over to vote for Hillary Clinton in the Pennsylvania and other contests to re-register as Republicans or lose campaign fund allocations for the general election.

He also has a laugh at Howard Dean’s expense:

Here’s something I gotta remind you of. When this is all over in Pennsylvania — when this is all over in North Carolina, when it’s all over in Indiana — you gotta go back and reregister Republican. Those of you who are Operation Chaos operatives, you must do that, because campaign funds are allocated based on voter registration. So you’ve gotta go back. Find out what your deadline is, to reregister as a Republican. We’ll keep a sharp eye, and we will see if there are any wild-eyed news stories in the Drive-By Media about all the defections from the Democrat Party after all of the primaries. You want to bet anything that we will see those stories? We will not see those stories. I just love this. Howard Dean is out there accepting all these kudos from Joe Scarborough at MSNBC, “Wow, Howard, way to go! Three hundred thousand new Democrats in Pennsylvania. That’s so great!” Dean says, “Thank you, thank you,” and accepts the congratulations, when Dean had nothing to do with it. This was all Operation Chaos.

Scarborough should explore the comments with Limbaugh on his Morning Joe show, especially the implication that Scarborough is either a driving force behind the joke or a joke himself.
