Haneyya extends his hand anew to Abbas for national reconciliation

GAZA, (PIC)– Ismael Haneyya, the legitimate prime minister of the PA caretaker government, has invited Sunday PA chief Mahmoud Abbas and Fatah faction for national dialogue to resolve all points of difference in the Palestinian arena.

In an important speech he delivered to the Palestinian people Sunday night, Haneyya laid out 9-point vision of his government for true Palestinian national reconciliation, including abiding by the Cairo declaration, the national harmony document, and the Makka accord; unity of the West Bank and Gaza Strip; and unity of the Palestinian political system.

Haneyya also called for respecting the Palestinian legitimacy altogether; respecting the Palestinian basic law; rebuilding the PA security apparatuses on national basis; respecting the democratic will of the Palestinian people; rebuilding the PLC; setting up a national unity government; and political pluralism.

“Come and let us sit together on the table of negotiations without preconditions in order to resolve all our political disputes in the Palestinian arena and we are ready for that dialogue”, Haneyya affirmed in a clear message to Abbas and his Fatah faction.
