The Middle East Children’s Alliance is proud to announce that Dr. Mona ElFarra has joined the MECA team as our Director of Gaza Projects. Dr. ElFarra is also the Vice President of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society and a member of the Union of Health Work Committees.
