UNICEF’s report that malnutrition amongst Iraqi children has reached alarming levels is hardly a surprise. When reports such as the Guardian/ Dispatches documentary, Iraq’s Missing Billions, that features the investigations of Dr Ali Fadhil, a 29 year-old Iraqi doctor, fail to generate concern and outrage, what else can one expect?
