White House Served War Crimes Indictments

The Second Session of the International Commission of Inquiry On Crimes Against Humanity Committed by the Bush Administration is being held in New York on Jan 20-22. Go to BushCommission.org to register.

On behalf of the tribunal, Ray McGovern, William Blum, Larry Everest, Mike Hersh, Kevin Zeese and Travis Morales served indictments on the White House yesterday.

Named in the indictments are:
President of the United States George W. Bush, Vice President Richard Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, U.S. Army Lieutenant General Ricardo Sanchez, U.S. Army Major General Geoffrey Miller, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, et al.

Although a press conference was held the only mention I can find of one taking place is from a Cybercast News Service report published by TownHall.com which claims the White House refused to comment. Apparently, so did the press.
