Barbara Harris heads a program called Project Prevention. Her not-for-profit org. pays people to get birth control including sterilised.
Celebrating its 5-years of existence Harris brags 1,050 addicts have taken her up on her offer. She claims this service is available to anyone..
Here’s a thought. How long would she stick to this claim if everyone in America wanting birth control or sterilisation goes to Barb?
Some prisons apparently are allowing this woman inside, denying they are ‘referring’ her. And Harris refuses to share the names of counsellors and institutes who do refer their clients, claiming they ‘could fall afoul of authorities’ if she did.
So how are prisons not? And if Harris is to believed they fear the law shouldn’t this be examined since she also claims the program more than doubled its clients this past year?
I guess when you have wealthy supporters like Schlessinger and Scaiffe the law is a trivial matter.
If anyone can find a more current or inclusive list than this please post it.
