Current TV continues to make big hay of a pod that’s been in its rotation since the channel premiered. “Fast Times at Tehran High” by Iranian-American Yasmin Vossoughian features her careening down the streets of Tehran with two Iranian women, one eye on the road the other scanning for the moral police, as they excitedly make their way to an ecstasy party. The vapid twit hosting the show when I saw the pod commented upon its conclusion, and I’m paraphrasing, “Can you imagine living in a country where you can’t do things like this?”
