Members of the Black Panther party were arrested, charged and then tortured by San Francisco and New Orleans police. Since the police used torture to extract their confessions, eventually, the charges were dismissed. Now more than 35 years later, the case has been reopened. On January 23rd, 2007, some of those same men were arrested again.<\/p>\n In this special documentary from the Freedom Archives, we hear from some of the accused men themselves.
