But the events of the last few hours, I believe, mandate that I raise my voice once again.<\/p>\n<p>I have read and re-read President Obama&#8217;s Joint Congressional Address.  All of the &#8220;acceptable punditry&#8221; have spoken and given the President glowing reviews.
