\nwho u sent off to fight your war in iraq
\nhe returned home only by telegram
\n& in a box<\/p>\n

\nfrom my body
\nfrom the woman i love
\nthat i want to marry & call my wife
\nwithout u bible thumpin daggers
\n& demanding constitutional amendments
\nto prevent us from loving this revolutionary love
\n(az tho we cud soil the sanctitiy of marriage)
\nu cud nevah touch my love or fuck with my love
\nits just the right u seek to deny us
\nso we must fight for it in the end it’s all a matter of
\nvoice
\nof excercising choice & flexing the muscle of democracy
\nwhich shudn’t be pigeon holed marginalized
\nor constitutionaly compromised
\nunder the pretense that who i love
\nkiss fuck hold hands & make family with
\niz destructive to the fiber
\nthat quilts the fabric of america
\nwhich ironically happens to be

\nthat notoriously bloody lily white thread

i hav not forgotton that i am america
\n& even tho u want me to be quiet & invisible

i hav decided that if u r not with US
\nthen u r against US<\/p>\n

\nthe 99% of the population that makes less
\nthan 1.2 million dollars a year
\nthe 43 million people that hav no health care
\nthe 14 million children that got left behind
\nthat go to bed hungry every night<\/p>\n

if u r not with US then

& we understand
\nthat terror iz not always guns & knives
\n& otherwise explosive devices of evil
\nsometimes terror
\niz just making no living wage
\ngoing day to day pay check to pay check
\npraying that no one gets sick
\nterror iz not knowing which of ur sons
\nwill fit the description & die while reaching back pocket
\nfor identification to prove he iz american
\nbut not american enuf to live free
\nterror iz being 13
\nhaving no access
\nno choice & taking matters
\ninto ur own hands
\nterror iz being a woman
\nbegging for emergency contraception
\nwhen u’ve been raped taken by force & foresaken
\njust like the constitution
\nafter the presidential election of 2000
\nwhich u did not win
\nu stole like a purse
\noff the shoulder of an old lady
\nmaking america ur bitch
\ndidn’t anyone ever tell u

\nmy premptive strike
