I&#8217;ve yet to see this published anywhere else.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border: 1px dotted #550; font size: 12x; padding: 5px; margin:\n5px;\">The Secretary of State tried to play down the danger that fundamentalists in Pakistan or Al-Qaida fighters have purchased nuclear technology and could make use of it: &#8220;The danger isn&#8217;t very great.
