Mr. Siegman is a co-sponsor of &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nybooks.com\/articles\/20750\">Failure Risks Devastating Consequences<\/a>,&#8221; the letter sent to President Bush and Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice that was published in the November 8, 2007 issue of the <em>Review<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Questions may be submitted to <a href=\"mailto:web@nybooks.com\">web@nybooks.com<\/a> until Monday, October 29, with the subject line &#8220;Question for Henry Siegman.&#8221; Please be succinct.
