But he also let it be known that in the course of the  next two or three decades we will be living in a post-capitalist world that  could either be much better, or worse, than the present one.<\/p>\n<p>The interview focused on the emergence of a multi-polar world and the present situation that Latin America finds itself in.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ra\u00fal Zibechi is an international analyst at <\/em>Brecha<em>, a weekly journal in Montevideo, Uruguay, professor and researcher on social movements at the Multiversidad Franciscana de Am\u00e9rica Latina, and adviser to grassroots organizations. He writes the monthly &#8220;Zibechi Report&#8221; for the CIP Americas  Policy Program (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.americaspolicy.org\/\">www.americaspolicy.org<\/a>).
