(Addition to &#8220;ground rules&#8221; governing media at Guantanamo Bay prison)<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Amnesty International has been denied any access to the prison.  It also vows to continue asking <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amnestyusa.org\/countries\/usa\/document.do?id=913D49DE7E2893EC85256DB9005F383C\">these 10 questions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <i>International Herald Tribune<\/i> reports that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iht.com\/cgi-bin\/generic.cgi?template=articleprint.tmplh&#038;ArticleId=113126\">Red Cross <\/a><i>has broken a long public silence about the detention of more than 600 prisoners held here by the United States military, saying that the situation is &#8220;unacceptable&#8221; because it is open-ended and without proper legal process.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>The Red Cross, based in Switzerland, is the only outside group that has been given access to Camp Delta, as the main prison facility is called.<\/p>\n<p>Under longstanding procedures, the committee agrees that in exchange for access, it will not generally publicize its findings but rather take any complaints or criticisms to the government in hopes they can be addressed. Only when the Red Cross decides its views are not being addressed does it publicize its concerns.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Will the Red Cross now be denied access to the camp?<\/p>\n<p>The <i>IHT<\/i> report concludes with mention of the recent arrest of Capt. Yousef Yee, the Muslim chaplain, on suspicion of espionage. According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/front\/story\/125175p-112159c.html\">this<\/a> <i>New York Daily News <\/i> report by James Gordon Meek:<\/p>\n<p><i>The &#8220;handful&#8221; of minor charges against Capt.
