On each occasion he has offered a little more insight into why he so vehemently objects to what he terms the \u201cdelusions\u201d of those who oppose \u2013 or, at least, gave up on \u2013 the two-state solution.<\/p>\n<p>In his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.counterpunch.org\/2011\/11\/07\/after-palestines-statehood-bid\/\">most recent essay<\/a>, Neumann suggests that his previous reluctance to be more forthright was motivated by \u201cpoliteness\u201d. Well, I for one wish the professor had been franker from the outset.
