{"id":15075,"date":"2011-01-13T14:26:28","date_gmt":"2011-01-13T20:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/karmalised.com\/?p=15075"},"modified":"2011-01-13T14:26:28","modified_gmt":"2011-01-13T20:26:28","slug":"justin-raimondo-the-tea-party-foreign-policy-and-the-politics-of-real-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/karmalised.com\/?p=15075","title":{"rendered":"Justin Raimondo: The Tea Party, Foreign Policy, and the Politics of Real Change"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>by <a title=\"Posts by Justin Raimondo\" href=\"http:\/\/original.antiwar.com\/author\/justin\/\">Justin Raimondo<\/a>, Antiwar.com, 12 January 2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve spent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/search?hl=en&amp;rlz=1B3GGLL_enUS400US400&amp;q=raimondo+tea+party+site%3Aantiwar.com&amp;btnG=Search&amp;aq=f&amp;aqi=&amp;aql=&amp;oq=&amp;gs_rfai=\">more than a few<\/a> columns predicting that the so-called tea partiers \u2013 the grassroots  populist movement that has our liberal elites in a frothy-mouthed lather  \u2013 will be logically led to call for major cuts in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politifact.com\/truth-o-meter\/statements\/2010\/jul\/15\/ron-paul\/ron-paul-says-us-spends-1-trillion-foreign-policy\/\">military spending<\/a> \u2013 and, by the sheer logic of their anti-spending, \u201canti-government\u201d  position, eventually come to challenge our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.defense.gov\/news\/newsarticle.aspx?id=45289\">foreign policy<\/a> of global  intervention.
