Or both?  Then there&#8217;s the matter of Kurds, who with U.S. help <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2005\/06\/14\/AR2005061401828.html\">ethnically cleansed Kirkuk<\/a>, and the private contractors who are doing who knows what?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/thescotsman.scotsman.com\/index.cfm?id=328182006\">This article<\/a> goes into more detail about events in Nahrawan on Friday that  <em>The Sunday Times<\/em> writer Hala Jaber gave a paragraph of mention to and stated that 19 were killed.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>SUSPECTED Sunni militants stormed a small town near Baghdad and executed at least 25 people, including a six-year-old girl, with a single bullet each to the forehead, police said yesterday as a curfew was re-instated in the Iraqi capital.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the victims were poor Shiite labourers at a brick factory in the town of Nahrawan. At least nine others were killed during a gun battle that erupted around Nahrawan power station, which also came under mortar fire.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jaber also quotes John Pace without providing the original source yet fails to mention the following that can be <a href=\"http:\/\/www.democracynow.org\/article.pl?sid=06\/02\/28\/1427244\">verified<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Another destabilizing factor, if I may, is the continuation of the military intervention in the Anbar region where you have military force applied to civilian areas for the announced purpose of hunting down terrorists or other opponents.
