The transcript has yet to make an online appearance.  Was the Pentagon Googling to find it or just monitoring the spin?<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s no surprise that the ban on torture <a href=\"http:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/martin-garbus\/an-incredible-day-in-amer_b_12392.html\">is a ruse<\/a>, otherwise why go to the trouble of empyting out the torture chambers in Europe and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dw-world.de\/dw\/article\/0,,1815512,00.html?maca=en-rss_english_top\">relocating the victims to North Africa<\/a>?  There is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antiwar.com\/ips\/fisher.php?articleid=8270\">nothing new about the message<\/a> being sent by the U.S. which is do as we say, not as we do.  <em>The Nation<\/em> has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thenation.com\/issue\/20051226\">torture spread<\/a> worth the trouble reading, including a fascinating piece on the not-so-great legal minds who promote the ticking bomb theory.
